Christmas is right around the corner and Hoffman's is filling our bakery with all the wonderful baked goods that compliment the season! The aroma of cinnamon, ginger and allspice are wafting through our building for the next month, so be sure to come by and take a deep breath to help make your season bright!

Our chocolate cake is spread with chocolate buttercream and rolled into a spiral, then finished with chocolate buttercream. We offer two different festive designs-Natural, which features meringue toadstools and sugar snowflakes, or Santa design decorated with Santa and his gingerbread friend.
Cranberry Orange Flan $28.95
This dessert is a wonderful compliment to any holiday meal. We fill a crispy sugar cookie crust with candied orange peel, almond paste and fresh cranberries.

Holiday Princess Torte 6", 8", or 10" round
We dress our specialty, the Princess Torte, with a holly leaf design on top and a festive ribbon wrapped around the side. No additional fee for this decoration.

A traditional German holiday bread. This is a favorite of staff members and customers alike! This rich loaf is delicately seasoned with cardamom, mace and nutmeg, and filled with candided citrus peel and rum soaked raisins.
