At Hoffman’s you will find many types of European style cakes for special events, celebrations, and weddings.
We specialize in customizing birthday cake ideas and making our customers' wedding cake ideas a reality.
We also offer a large selection of breakfast pastries, cookies and small desserts. Hoffman’s serves savory light lunches of sandwiches, homemade soups, salads and quiche. We offer some of the best sandwiches in Redmond!
Our products are made from only the highest quality ingredients. The flour we use for all of our products is locally sourced and sustainably farmed.
Hoffman’s Fine Cakes and Pastries was established in December 1984 in downtown Kirkland and moved to the city of Redmond in 2016.

Hot Cross Buns
Hot cross buns are a spiced sweet bunmade with currants, citron and candied orange peel, marked with a cross on top in our house-made lemon curd. Traditionally, they are eaten on Good Friday.

Graduation Cakes
6” Cake- $15 decoration fee
Decoration can be done on a 6”, however it is modified to fit the size of this cake. On a 6” cake we can only put roses (roses are made custom to fit school colors), cap and scroll. Writing and edible images are not available on 6” cakes.
8” or 10” Cakes- $20 decoration fee (added fee of $15 for edible image)
The decoration available on 8” and 10” cakes will include roses (colored custom to fit school colors), cap, scroll, and choice of writing or edible image (added fee of $15).
¼ Sheet Cakes- $25 decoration fee (added fee of $20 for edible image)
The decoration on the ¼ sheet cake will include roses (colores custom to fit the school colors), cap, scroll, and choice of writing or edible image (added fee of $20).
½ Sheet Cakes- $25 decoration fee (added fee of $20 for edible image)
The decoration on the 1/2 sheet cake will include roses (colores custom to fit the school colors), cap, scroll, and choice of writing and edible image (added fee of $20).
*Edible images can be of the school's logo or you can send in a personal photo to be printed on the cake.

PARKING OPTIONS
Free 2 hour parking is available on Cleveland Street.
Free 15 minute parking as well as 2 hour parking with validation is available in the parking garage within the Old Town Lofts building, accessible from Cleveland Street.
Free 2 hour parking is available in a public lot immediately behind the Old Town Lofts building, accessible from Bear Creek Parkway. It is just a short walk around the corner to the bakery.
